to Freedom" a ballerina embodies the free spirit and the search for lost identity: barefooted she moves around the room trailing behind her a thin veil of fabric printed with a huge fingerprint which hangs in the air as if it is her shadow. The fluid and continuous motion of the dancer, characterized from gestures of transparent symbolism, her infinite winding and freeing herself from the veil, is a continuous dressing and undressing herself with her own identity, in an authentic and instinctive manner... performance |
